During these tough times, we are striving to be here for your needs. Our operating hours are seemingly 24/7 as our employees are working when and where we can. Our sales team are equipped with technology to facilitate working for our architectural customers and property owner customers as best as possible and are available to assist you in some form at just about any time. Our dedicated yard crew and staff are ready to serve our contractor customers on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm. Please see below for procedural details for all delivery orders and yard pickups.

Delivery Orders:

At this time, we can only schedule deliveries of critical infrastructure projects. A letter certifying that your project meets these requirements must be sent to us, on your letterhead via fax or email before any direct or yard delivery will be scheduled. To set up a delivery order, please call us Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm at 586-294-5400, reach out to us on Facebook Messenger, or email us from this link.

Yard Pickups:

Our yard crew will be ready to load your orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm. At this time, we cannot allow customers into any of our sales offices or showrooms and yard access is restricted. To place your order, or to notify us you are here to pick up from an existing order; please call us at 586-294-5400, reach out to us on Facebook Messenger, or email us from this link.

If you are matching a brick, please be prepared to send us photographs or show us your brick through the window. If samples are required, our crew will bring them to the gate for you to inspect. If you are pulling a trailer and have a helper that can move your rig to our back yard off of Masonic, please have them do so to help keep the parking lot accessible. If you would like your materials loaded in a specific fashion, let us know so we can note your loading documents. If you require any tools or gear from inside, we will work to accommodate your needs. Please be advised that for any wearable items such as gloves or safety vests, you will need to give us your size. If you are not certain of the size you require for an item, please do not purchase it as these sales cannot be returned for safety reasons. Once your order is finalized and your card payment is processed (we cannot accept cash or check at this time) your order will be sent to the yard crew to be prepared. House charge accounts with current balances will still be able to charge according to the standard terms. Please note, limestone orders MAY take up to two or three days to be processed.

Access to our yard is restricted. When our loading crew has your order prepared to load, you will be called and directed to enter the yard. Under no circumstances are you to exit your vehicle while inside the yard and your windows are to remain closed. Our team will already have your loading ticket and instructions and your itemized receipt will be emailed to you. If anything seems incorrect, please call us and we will communicate with your loader. Under no circumstances are you to enter our yard without being authorized in advance, no exceptions.
